Kuwait Finance House Concludes Third Edition of KFH Academy Program

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) concluded the third, enhanced edition of the KFH Academy program, which represented a comprehensive training experience combining theoretical knowledge with practical application, and provided a professional model for qualifying Kuwaiti youth within a leading banking environment. The program featured diverse tracks including Public Relations and Media, Digital Transformation and Innovation, and Business Administration.
The program ran for three weeks, with 28 trainees participating. They were tasked with working on a final project that summarized their experience and reflected their journey throughout the program. Each track presented its final project at the program’s closing ceremony and trainee awards event, attended by several KFH executives. This edition followed the success of the second edition of KFH Academy organized by KFH last year, expanding the scope of training and adding new tracks to meet the aspirations of a broader segment of university students and recent graduates from various disciplines, in line with KFH’s commitment to empowering young national talents.
In his speech at the awards ceremony, Abdulaziz Al-Madhkur, Executive Director of Human Resources Planning and Excellence Center at KFH, said: “We at KFH are pleased to continue our firm commitment to empowering young national cadres by providing high-quality training programs that open wide horizons for students and recent graduates to develop their skills and prepare for the job market with confidence and knowledge.”
Al-Madhkur added that the enhanced KFH Academy edition builds on the successes achieved in the previous edition, adhering to the highest global standards in training. He noted that they were keen to expand the training scope and integrate new tracks covering vital fields such as public relations and media, digital transformation and innovation, and business administration, to meet the aspirations of a larger segment of students from various disciplines.
He emphasized that “at KFH, we believe that investing in people is the smartest investment, and that building a capable, aware, and innovative generation is the foundation of our sustainability as a leading financial institution.”
For his part, Fahad Al-Saad, Senior Director of Public Relations and Events at KFH, clarified that the KFH Academy program was specifically designed by KFH for ambitious youth, serving as a comprehensive training experience and a valuable opportunity to qualify young talents in a professional banking environment across multiple tracks within Kuwait’s largest bank and the world’s second-largest Islamic bank.
Al-Saad noted that the program was designed to combine rich theoretical experience with realistic practical application, alongside specialized field visits, training courses in collaboration with KFH Capital, and intensive workshops with strategic partners, including the Kuwait Stock Exchange, Code Academy, and Kuwait Times.
He pointed out that KFH’s organization of this program stems from its social responsibility and its pioneering role in supporting and empowering youth, optimally investing in their energies, and honing their skills to become future leaders. He added that the bank will continue to organize such purposeful programs, along with many other initiatives offered throughout the year.
In conclusion, Al-Saad expressed his gratitude to all relevant departments for their cooperation and effective contribution, which played the major role in the program’s success, wishing all participants continued success and achievement.
