Ministry of Education: Summer Clubs Foster Skills

Fatima Habib, director of the Educational Cultural Center in the Hawalli Educational Zone, emphasized the importance of the summer cultural clubs launched by the Ministry of Education, praising the initiative aimed at developing students’ skills and making productive use of their time during the summer vacation to benefit them in the upcoming academic year.

Habib expressed her gratitude and appreciation to the Minister of Education for this initiative, which represents a distinctive educational and cultural opportunity for female students during the summer break. She also stressed the importance of providing highly competent and experienced educational and administrative staff to supervise these centers.

She commended the Ministry of Education for providing a suitable building for the center located in the Salwa area at Khalida bint Al-Aswad Secondary School, along with classrooms equipped with the latest technologies, thereby contributing to the provision of a suitable and motivating educational environment for students.

It is worth noting that the Ministry of Education sought to enable the largest possible number of students to benefit from the offered educational programs. The Minister of Education directed the extension of the operational period of the educational cultural centers by one additional week, so that their programs will continue until the 27th of the current month.
