EVA Consulting Reports KD 5.22 Million in Profits Over Six Months

Saleh Al-Salimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of International Financial Consulting Holding Company (EVA), announced the financial results for the first half ended June 30 of the fiscal year 2026. The company achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 5,221,774 Kuwaiti dinars, with an earnings per share of 9.19 fils.
Al-Salimi explained that the variance compared to the previous year was due to non-recurring profits from subsidiaries and associates, as well as the geopolitical situation in the region. However, he emphasized that the company managed to achieve sustainable profitability.
In his commentary on the financial results, he expressed pride in EVA’s performance during the first half of 2026, despite the geopolitical developments in the region. He affirmed that these results reflect the company’s ability to generate sustainable profits supported by operating revenues, while maintaining asset quality and profitability, thereby demonstrating the robustness of its business model and its capacity to deliver sustainable value to shareholders.
He added that these results were the outcome of a prudent management approach focused on strengthening the financial position, enforcing risk management discipline, and maintaining strong levels of liquidity and capital. This approach is complemented by a long-term strategic vision that balances sustainable growth with the pursuit of selective opportunities, thereby supporting EVA’s ability to continue creating added value for shareholders.
