The company’s board chairman, Ghazi Fahad Al-Nafisi, stated that the company’s financial statements showed an increase in total operating revenues during that period, reaching 24.8 million dinars, compared to 23 million dinars for the corresponding period last year, an increase of 7.3 percent, supported by revenue inflows from the Capital Project. Al-Nafisi indicated that the company’s assets grew by 3 percent to 551.8 million dinars, compared to 535 million dinars, while shareholders’ equity reached 180.4 million dinars, compared to 179.7 million dinars for the corresponding period last year. He emphasized that these figures demonstrate the company’s success in sustaining growth in key financial performance indicators.

He added that the financial results for the period revealed a significant increase in profits, supported by the sale of Plot No. 2 of the land parcels in the Al-Salehiah Commercial Complex Expansion Project, which generated an exceptional profit of 3.85 million dinars. This transaction is part of the company’s strategy to develop the Al-Salehiah Commercial Complex Expansion Project through partnerships with related parties and agreements with them to implement the proposed development plan, while retaining the company’s role as the main developer of the project.

Al-Nafisi also referred to the sustainability report recently issued by Al-Salehiah Real Estate Company, which aligns with the company’s commitment to regulatory requirements to issue a report highlighting the most important sustainability practices and initiatives within the company, and enhancing its environmental and social impact.

The report reviews the company’s performance over the past year in the areas of environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and highlights how these standards are integrated into the company’s daily operations, engaging all stakeholders to best respond to sustainability challenges and seize opportunities, in line with global sustainable development goals and Kuwait Vision 2035.
