Alghanim Automobiles Wins 10.26 Million Dinars in the First Half

Total revenues for the company reached 108,507,623 dinars during the period, supported by the strong performance of several key brands, alongside continued growth in after-sales services. Total assets amounted to 276,610,190 dinars, while shareholders’ equity attributable to shareholders of the parent company stood at 102,262,816 dinars.

The company recorded solid operational levels during the first half of the year, despite the geopolitical challenges and shifts the region experienced in the recent past.

The Board of Directors decided to distribute a semi-annual cash dividend to shareholders for the financial period ending on June 30, 2026, at a rate of 24.48 percent of the share’s par value, amounting to 24.48 fils per share.

Commenting on the occasion, Fahd Ali Al-Ghanim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ould Ali Al-Ghanim Motors, stated: “The first-half results reflect the company’s ability to continue delivering strong performance and maintaining a steady operational pace, while simultaneously expanding its services and increasing its presence in several regional markets.”

Al-Ghanim added: “Despite the geopolitical developments and challenges the region has faced recently, the company has demonstrated high operational resilience and the capacity to sustain distinguished performance levels, underpinned by its diversified business portfolio, strong partnerships, and regional footprint.”

He noted that the company’s regional expansions are increasingly reflecting positively on business results, whether through the growing contribution of its operations in Iraq and Egypt, or by introducing new brands and services that diversify revenue streams and enhance long-term business resilience.

He further stated: “As part of our ongoing efforts to diversify our business, we launched the luxury motorcycle segment through BMW Motorrad in Kuwait. This move strengthens our presence in the mobility sector and expands the portfolio of global brands we represent, offering customers a comprehensive experience in line with BMW’s highest global standards, alongside after-sales services, certified technicians, and genuine spare parts.”

He continued: “During the current phase, we remain focused on enhancing the customer experience, improving service efficiency, and strengthening our operational infrastructure readiness. We are also investing in digital solutions and expanding our operational capabilities to keep pace with the rapid developments in the automotive sector.”

For his part, Yusuf Abdullah Al-Qutami, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company, said: “The company recorded a balanced performance across various activities during the first half, supported by sustained momentum in after-sales services, which contributed to revenue diversification and improved profitability levels.”

He added: “Improvements in inventory management, along with higher levels of readiness and operational efficiency, have enhanced the smooth flow of operations across different business segments. This has positively impacted the quality of services provided, strengthened customer proximity, and reinforced trust in the network and services offered by the company.”

Al-Qutami concluded his statement by saying: “We enter the second half of 2026 with confidence, backed by clear plans to continue growth and strengthen the company’s position in the markets where we operate, despite ongoing regional challenges.”
