No Vacancy Plan for Foreign Missions for the Academic Year 2026–2027

Sources familiar with the matter at the Ministry clarified that the vacancies plan will not be offered annually or automatically, as was previously the case. Instead, it will be announced only if a large number of vacancies are available after the completion of procedures and the announcement of the results of the original admissions process, in accordance with the Ministry’s needs for disciplines and seats under the approved study-abroad plan.

The sources added that the decision to open the vacancies plan is contingent upon the availability of a large number of vacant seats after the conclusion of the original admissions process. If sufficient numbers of seats are not available, the vacancies plan will not be announced.
