Al-Shaibei: "Ahead of Its Time" – Ozy's Summer Hit on All Platforms

Artist Badr Al-Shuaibi announced the release of the music video for his new emotional song, “Sabeq Wa Waqtuh” (Ahead of Its Time), featuring singer Ozi, across all music platforms. The release has drawn significant listener interest, as the two artists have delivered a fresh vocal style that surprised their fans.

Al-Shuaibi expressed his happiness over this collaboration with Ozi on a summer-themed song, with lyrics, composition, arrangement, and mixing by Ali Al-Mutairik, and direction by Abdullah Abbas. The track is well-suited to the joyful, festive atmosphere of summer and vacations, making its release at this carefully chosen time particularly fitting.

Notably, Al-Shuaibi’s play “Kuwait Carnival,” which premiered last Eid al-Adha and enjoyed great success throughout the summer season, was among the most popular and widely attended productions of the season. It featured alongside him actors Yaqoub Abdullah, Ahmed Airaj, Nasser Al-Dosari, Ryan Dashti, Hani Hazaa, Farah Al-Sarraf, Nour Mahmoud, Dhafer Al-Rashdan, Talal Sam, Haneen Hamed, and Reem Mohammed.

The play was written by Mariam Nasser, under the general supervision of Abdulrahman Al-Yahya, and directed by Badr Al-Shuaibi. It successfully delivered an enthusiastic, vibrant national musical revue infused with contemporary youthful energy, staged at the Kuwait Club theater in Qibla.
