In a press statement, the Institute said that its participation in the project underscores its commitment to implementing best institutional practices and fostering a culture of compliance and adherence to professional conduct, thereby contributing to the development of the institutional work environment and enhancing performance efficiency.
It clarified that participation in the project represents an important step in the Institute’s institutional development journey and reflects its dedication to entrenching values of integrity, transparency, and accountability, alongside building a professional and excellence-oriented work environment that aligns with the project’s objectives in the public sector.
The “Adaa” project was launched by the Civil Service Bureau in 2021 and is supervised by the Public Authority for Combating Corruption (“Nazaha”). It aims to support government entities in implementing the professional code of conduct, thereby strengthening values of integrity, transparency, and accountability in the public sector and creating a work environment that nurtures professional ethical values.
