Nizahah Organizes Fourth Training Workshop for the Adaa Project
The Public Authority for Combating Corruption (Nazaha) organized training workshops for the fourth phase of the “Adaa” project, aimed at activating public service ethics and enhancing institutional integrity in the public sector. The workshops were attended by representatives of work teams from 36 government entities and approximately 150 participants, marking the commencement of a new phase in the project’s implementation. The project seeks to entrench the principles of integrity, transparency, and public service ethics, while strengthening institutional practices that support governance and prevent corruption.
The fourth phase sees the participation of 36 government entities across four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. All participating entities begin at the Bronze level and gradually advance to subsequent levels upon meeting the requirements of each stage. This approach contributes to building an integrated institutional framework for entrenching public service ethics and enhancing institutional integrity, following sequential stages that ensure sustainability and continuous development.
These workshops are part of the project’s plan to qualify work teams in participating entities and enhance their readiness to implement the project’s requirements according to the approved methodology. This involves outlining the project’s objectives and implementation mechanism, clarifying roles and responsibilities, timelines, and the requirements of each phase. These efforts aim to unify concepts and strengthen the teams’ capacity to apply requirements efficiently and effectively.
During the workshops, Nazaha emphasized its commitment to providing continuous technical and advisory support to participating entities throughout the project’s implementation period. This support is delivered through specialized monitoring teams, ensuring timely resolution of challenges, addressing inquiries, and assisting entities in fulfilling project requirements and achieving their targets. This commitment is grounded in the principle of partnership and integration with government entities.
The “Adaa” project is a national initiative implemented by the Authority to transform integrity values from theoretical principles into sustainable institutional practices. It aims to build work environments that promote adherence to public service ethics, support governance, and raise awareness of corruption prevention measures, thereby positively impacting institutional performance quality and the efficiency of government services.
The Authority stressed that the project’s success depends on effective cooperation between it and the participating entities, as well as on the pivotal role played by work teams in leading implementation efforts within their respective entities. This collaboration contributes to achieving the project’s objectives, entrenching a culture of institutional integrity, and supporting the trajectory of development and excellence in the public sector.
