Today, the draw for the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round

CAF had previously announced that it would maintain the prize money for the two competitions, with the winner of the CAF Champions League receiving $6 million, while the winner of the CAF Confederation Cup will receive $4 million.

Additionally, clubs eliminated from the preliminary rounds will receive a solidarity grant of $100,000 per club, as part of a program aimed at supporting participating clubs and enhancing competitiveness in African club competitions.
