Yemen's Foreign Minister: Kuwait's developmental and humanitarian aid has contributed to alleviating the suffering of our people

The state-owned Yemeni news agency, Saba, reported that this came during a meeting between Minister Al-Zoubi and the Kuwaiti ambassador to Yemen, Falah Al-Mutairi, to discuss ways to enhance and develop bilateral relations between the two countries and the prospects for expanding joint cooperation in various fields, particularly in political, relief, humanitarian, and developmental aspects.
She also praised Kuwait’s support for Yemen at various stages and under different circumstances, especially during the current phase, highlighting the relief and humanitarian aid provided by Kuwait, as well as developmental projects that covered various governorates and contributed to alleviating the suffering of citizens.
She expressed Yemen’s solidarity with Kuwait in light of the malicious Iranian attacks it has been subjected to, affirming Yemen’s support for Kuwait and its measures to safeguard its security and stability, and its rejection of any actions targeting its security and sovereignty.
She pointed out recent developments in Yemen in light of the latest developments resulting from the escalation pursued by the Houthi militias backed by the Iranian regime, which pose a threat to security and stability and impose political, humanitarian, and economic challenges.
For his part, Ambassador Al-Mutairi affirmed Kuwait’s continued support and its standing by Yemen’s side, as well as its unity, security, and stability, and its commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation relations in various fields and continuing to support humanitarian and developmental efforts that contribute to achieving security and stability and meeting the aspirations of the Yemeni people for peace and development.
