Practical Training Center Launches Digital Transformation in the Field Training System

The Center for Practical Education at the College of Education, Kuwait University, has launched the digital transformation of its field training system. This initiative aligns with the Center’s efforts to keep pace with digitalization and electronic transformation, embodying the College and University’s vision to digitally develop institutional work systems and apply standards of corporate governance and sustainability.

In a statement, the Center noted that this qualitative leap involved uploading and hosting all forms and reports related to all parties in the training process—internal supervisors (department heads), external supervisors (educational region coordinators), school principals, and student trainees—to the Center for Practical Education’s page on the College’s website, thereby achieving the desired sustainability.

The transformation was carried out under the supervision of the Acting Dean of the College of Education, Dr. Suad Al-Farraj, with direct oversight from the Acting Director of the Center for Practical Education, Dr. Sultan Al-Sahli, and the participation of Jara Al-Qazzaa from the Center for Practical Education, alongside the College’s Digital Transformation Team, comprising Hanan Al-Azmi, Hessa Al-Jamaz, and Sara Al-Rabiaa.

Dr. Al-Sahli emphasized in a statement that this transformation represents a new leap in work mechanisms, contributing to enhancing institutional performance efficiency and streamlining numerous procedures for all parties involved in field training, thereby facilitating work for everyone.

The Dean of the College of Education and the Director of the Center for Practical Education honored the work team in recognition of their efforts in completing this project.
