Kuwait welcomes Trump’s announcement of an agreement to implement the comprehensive peace plan for Gaza

The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised in a statement today the efforts made by Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, the United States, the Peace Council, and all relevant parties to reach this agreement.

It emphasized the necessity that the agreement pave the way for a comprehensive political process leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the 1967 borders, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
