36 Artists Participate in 'Sudu Through Artistic Eyes'

The Kuwaiti Sadu Artisans Association announced that the “Sadu Through Artistic Eyes” exhibition will continue to welcome visitors until August 6, and invited art and heritage enthusiasts, as well as the general public, to visit the exhibition and view the artworks.

In a statement, the association clarified that the exhibition featured around 36 female artists and included a collection of artworks inspired by Sadu, embodying a visual dialogue between the traditional craft and contemporary art. The exhibition celebrated works that preserve cultural heritage identity while赋予ing them new artistic dimensions.

It noted that the exhibition aimed to attract artistic talent during the summer period by issuing an open call for artists to participate in a show that blends heritage with visual arts.

The exhibition received widespread engagement, with participation from professional and amateur artists, as well as art education teachers and individuals with special needs. It showcased contributions from various artistic schools and styles, reflecting Sadu’s ability to inspire artists across different orientations and enriching the exhibition with diverse artistic experiences.
