Al-Dari: 'Marra Wahed Minoun' photo shoots next week

Artist Hiba Al-Duri announced via her Instagram account that photo sessions for the play “Marra Wahed Minoun” will begin next week to welcome fans eager to capture photos.

Al-Duri expressed her delight at the success of “Marra Wahed Minoun,” which has so far staged 70 performances since its premiere last Eid al-Adha at the Kuwait Scout Association’s theater in Hawalli.

The play offers a satirical comedy infused with a meaningful social message, employing a “live musical” style that blends musical and vocal performances within a comedic dramatic framework. The story unfolds inside a psychiatric clinic, where several patients with their own struggles and health crises reside. As their treatment progresses, events escalate to reveal a corrupt world and human transgressions, presented in a gripping and emotionally resonant manner.
