Al-Salmiya signs Congolese Chebiwawa

Al-Salmiya Club announced the completion of the transfer of Congolese defender Trezor Chipewa Bwa, who joins from South African club Sekhukhune United, as part of the club’s plan to strengthen its first-team squad ahead of the new sporting season.

The 28-year-old (born in 1998) brings valuable experience from African pitches, distinguished by his strong defensive abilities and physical build, which give him a prominent presence in the back line.

The deal aligns with Al-Salmiya’s management strategy to bolster the team with players possessing international experience, in line with the club’s ambitions to compete domestically and achieve positive results in the upcoming season.
