Ministry of Electricity and Water Approves Dispatch Plan for Study Missions and Scholarships

The resolution stipulates that the Undersecretary shall approve and transmit the study leave plan, including the required specializations and allocated quotas, to the Civil Service Bureau for its approval, within a period not exceeding one month from the receipt of the Bureau’s letter regarding study leave and leave plans for missions.

The resolution also called on the Undersecretary to issue an internal circular announcing the opening of the application period for the study leave plan within five working days from the date of receiving the Civil Service Bureau’s approval. The circular must include the general and specific conditions, approved specializations, application procedures, required documents, as well as the opening and closing dates for applications, and must be published on the Ministry’s official website.
