Al-Zaidi orders investigation into Saudi Arabia's targeting from Iraqi territory

The Iraqi Prime Minister’s Office announced today that Prime Minister Ali al-Zidan has directed security agencies to investigate claims made in a statement by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding attacks on its territory by drones launched from Iraqi soil.

The office said in a statement that relevant authorities are examining evidence and information, and that necessary measures will be taken against anyone proven to be involved in the attacks on Saudi Arabia.
