Kuwait Real Estate sponsors Kuwait Injaz for Vocational Training

Kuwait Real Estate Company announced its sponsorship of the third edition of the Vocational Training Exhibition, organized by Kuwait Achievers, in line with its commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at developing human capital and empowering Kuwaiti youth, in accordance with the company’s strategy in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

The Vocational Training Exhibition is one of the most prominent annual events that bring together students and graduates with institutions from both the public and private sectors, aiming to enhance their readiness for the job market by providing training opportunities, career guidance, and direct networking with employers, thereby contributing to the development of their leadership and professional skills and boosting their competitiveness.

Kuwait Real Estate Company’s sponsorship of the exhibition stems from its belief that investing in national talent is one of the key pillars of economic development, and that preparing and professionally qualifying youth contributes to building a more efficient and sustainable labor market.

On this occasion, Dalal Al-Darban, Director of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Kuwait Real Estate Company, said: “We are proud of our partnership with Kuwait Achievers in the third edition of the Vocational Training Exhibition, driven by our conviction in the importance of investing in youth as the nation’s true wealth. The company emphasized that this sponsorship aligns with the objectives of Kuwait Vision 2035, which places human capital development at the core of its priorities, by preparing national cadres equipped with the necessary skills and expertise to support the national economy and enhance its competitiveness.

For her part, Leila Hilal Al-Mutairi, CEO of Kuwait Achievers Association, stressed the importance of strategic partnerships with private sector institutions in supporting the association’s mission, noting that such partnerships contribute to developing Kuwaiti youth’s skills, enhancing their professional readiness, and providing them with opportunities to acquire practical experience and engage in various work environments.
