Al-Khaleej Opens Al-Jahra Association Branch in Its New Format
In a new move reflecting its commitment to sustainability and innovation, Gulf Bank reopened the renovated branch of the Jahra Association, adding a distinctive asset to its network of over 45 branches spread across various areas. This initiative aligns with the bank’s 2030 strategy, which places customer experience at the forefront of its core pillars, and is in harmony with Kuwait Vision 2035, which aims to build a sustainable economy and reduce carbon emissions.
The bank ensured that the renovated Jahra Association branch features a modern design that meets the latest global service standards. The branch has been equipped with the latest technologies to make the customer experience smoother and faster. Among the key services is an interactive automated teller machine (ATM) that operates 24/7, allowing customers to conduct their transactions at any time.
In line with the bank’s commitment to sustainability, a set of green building standards was implemented in the renovated branch. These include increasing green spaces inside and outside the branch, relying on natural lighting, using sensors to optimize energy consumption, and providing a charging station for electric vehicles.
On this occasion, Bassel Al-Asad, Deputy General Manager of Personal Banking Services at Gulf Bank, emphasized that the renovated branches represent a qualitative leap in customer experience, combining sustainable modern design with fast and advanced banking services.
Al-Asad added, “In addition to branch development, Gulf Bank continues to invest in its digital services, offering a mobile banking application that is among the easiest and fastest in the sector. This is complemented by updates to the customer service center and the interactive voice response system, giving customers the freedom to choose how and where they conduct their banking transactions.”
