Kuwait Real Estate Company sponsors the "Injaz Kuwait" Field Training Exhibition

Kuwait Commercial Real Estate Company announced its sponsorship, for the second consecutive year, of the Kuwait INJAZ Field Training Exhibition, hosting the event at Symphony Mall from the 21st to the 23rd of this month. This initiative aligns with the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting and empowering youth, enhancing human capital development, and reinforcing principles of corporate social responsibility and sustainability (ESG).

Symphony Mall provided a comprehensive environment to welcome students, graduates, participating companies, and institutions, offering an interactive platform for direct communication between trainees seeking opportunities and employers. The exhibition aims to introduce university and college students to field training programs, thereby contributing to the development of their practical skills and enhancing their readiness for the job market.

The event saw the participation of a select group of private sector companies and institutions, which showcased their training programs, business operations, and the specializations they recruit for. This provided participants with the opportunity to learn about career paths and labor market requirements.

Kuwait Commercial Real Estate also participated with a dedicated pavilion, where it presented its diverse portfolio of real estate projects, highlighted available field training opportunities across various company sectors, and collected applications from students and graduates, underscoring its commitment to attracting promising national talent.

Commenting on this, Mohammed Ghannafri, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Human Resources and Legal Affairs at Kuwait Commercial Real Estate, stated: “We believe that investing in youth is investing in the future, and that field training represents a crucial step in preparing national talent. From this perspective, we strive to provide training opportunities that enable students and graduates to gain practical experience and familiarize themselves with the work environment. Furthermore, our continued partnership with Kuwait INJAZ for the second consecutive year reflects our commitment to contributing to the development of national cadres capable of meeting labor market demands and supporting the path of sustainable development.”

For her part, Laila Hilal Al-Mutairi, Chief Executive Officer of the Kuwait INJAZ Association, affirmed that the exhibition continues to fulfill its mission of building bridges of communication between educational institutions and the business sector. She praised the ongoing strategic partnership with Kuwait Commercial Real Estate, stating: “We are proud to continue our partnership with Kuwait Commercial Real Estate for the second consecutive year, which embodies the private sector’s commitment to supporting students and graduates and enabling them to acquire practical experience. Additionally, hosting the exhibition events at Symphony Mall provided a distinguished platform that brought participants together with a select group of companies and institutions, allowing them to explore training opportunities, investigate career paths, and establish direct connections with employers.”

Kuwait Commercial Real Estate continues to reinforce its role as an active partner in supporting sustainable development by embracing initiatives that contribute to human capital development and the empowerment of national talent. These efforts align with Kuwait Vision 2035’s goal of building a diversified, knowledge-based economy, strengthening public-private partnerships, and preparing generations capable of leading the country’s future development.
