Kuwait Finance House Launches “ONE VISION” Program

Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched the “One Vision” (ONE VISION) initiative to develop leadership talent, a move aimed at investing in national competencies and preparing the next generation of leaders across the Group. The program includes 75 employees, comprising promising talents and senior executives, embarking on a six-month developmental journey focused on learning, knowledge sharing, professional growth, and honing leadership skills.

During his speech at the launch ceremony of the ONE VISION program, Ahmed Al-Hamad, Acting Head of Human Resources and Transformation at the Group, emphasized the strategic importance of investing in human capital and enhancing leadership capabilities across the bank’s various sectors and departments.

Al-Hamad stated, “Today, we gather with 75 colleagues from among our talents and senior leaders, embarking on a six-month journey of learning, networking, and growth.” He added that the ONE VISION program embodies KFH’s commitment to developing its workforce and preparing future leaders capable of achieving sustainable success and supporting the Group’s strategic ambitions.

He noted that what distinguishes this program is its adoption of the “reverse mentoring” approach, which enhances the exchange of expertise and knowledge between senior leaders and promising talents within a framework of mutual learning. He explained, “Our leaders will share their experiences and insights, while promising talents will offer new ideas and innovative perspectives reflecting the aspirations of the new generation. This approach creates valuable opportunities for mutual learning and strengthens collaboration and integration across different organizational levels.”

As part of the program, mentors and trainees will participate in six sessions over the next six months, enabling them to exchange expertise, strengthen professional relationships, transfer knowledge, develop leadership skills, and reinforce a culture of continuous learning.

Al-Hamad pointed out that the ONE VISION program aims to develop leadership capabilities among promising talents, enhance communication between future leaders and senior management, embed a culture of innovation and teamwork, and broaden cooperation across various sectors, thereby contributing to preparing qualified personnel to assume leadership roles in the future.

He also expressed his appreciation to the participating mentors, commending their commitment and dedication to preparing future leaders and transferring their practical experience to the new generation of leaders.

Al-Hamad congratulated the participants on their selection to join the program and encouraged them to make the most of this opportunity by remaining open to new experiences, learning, and committing to continuous development. He noted that the network of relationships they will build and the experiences they will gain throughout the program will serve as a significant asset for developing their professional and leadership skills.

He reaffirmed KFH’s belief that its employees are its most important assets, emphasizing the bank’s commitment to providing meaningful development opportunities that contribute to the institution’s long-term success.

He concluded his speech by urging all participants to benefit from this experience and work together to ensure the success of the ONE VISION program, thereby enhancing collaboration, development, and shared achievement.
