Minister of Awqaf: 96% satisfaction rate among Kuwaiti pilgrims with services for the 1447 AH season

Kuwait’s Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Wasmi, confirmed on Saturday that the results of the electronic evaluation conducted by Kuwaiti pilgrims via the “Sahl” application following the 1447 AH Hajj season reflect the advanced level of services provided by the Kuwaiti Hajj mission and Hajj campaigns, and embody the commitment to institutionalizing a culture of measuring beneficiary satisfaction.

Minister Al-Wasmi told (KUNA) that the evaluation results of Kuwaiti pilgrims for the 1447 AH Hajj season represent an important indicator for measuring service quality and reflect the Ministry’s dedication to adopting a methodology of continuous improvement and listening to pilgrims’ opinions as a fundamental pillar in enhancing the work system and serving the guests of the Most Merciful, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

He noted that achieving an overall satisfaction rate of 96 percent serves as a motivation to continue developing services, strengthening positive aspects, and addressing any feedback received from pilgrims. He added that the broad participation in the evaluation process reflects the confidence pilgrims have placed in this mechanism and confirms the credibility and transparency of the results, as they are based on their actual experiences during the Hajj season.

Al-Wasmi further stated that the Ministry will continue to work in partnership with the Kuwaiti Hajj mission and Hajj campaigns to raise the level of services at all stages of the Hajj journey, from preliminary preparations to the pilgrims’ return to their homeland. This effort aims to fulfill the aspirations of the wise leadership and ensure the provision of the best care and support for Kuwaiti pilgrims, driven by the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to improving performance and achieving the highest levels of beneficiary satisfaction.
