Iranian Oil Minister: $18 Billion in Oil Sales During the War and Ceasefire

Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad stated that Iran sold $11.5 billion worth of oil during the war and an additional $6.5 billion during the ceasefire period.

Reuters quoted Paknejad as saying that the reduced risks facing oil tanker movements contributed to increased exports and helped facilitate the sale of a portion of the approximately 100 million barrels of crude oil and gas condensates stored.
