Al-Mutakamila Holding Donates $6 Million to the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund

Jassim Mustafa Boudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Mutakamila Holding Company, announced the company’s immediate response to the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development’s call to contribute through the Kuwait Emergency Response Fund, established by a Cabinet Resolution (Resolution No. 19/2026) issued on May 12, 2026, for this national initiative aimed at supporting the state’s efforts in infrastructure reform and rehabilitation, ensuring the continuity of vital services, and enhancing national readiness.
In his capacity as Chairman of the Board, Jassim Mustafa Boudi informed the company’s Board of Directors about the initiative. Acting on his national responsibility and conviction regarding the importance of supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the state’s readiness and consolidate its capacity to efficiently handle various changes and exceptional circumstances, while preserving the continuity of vital services, and in response to the national call during these current circumstances that require all state institutions and the private sector to unite their efforts to safeguard our national achievements, the Board of Directors of Al-Mutakamila Holding Company decided to contribute USD 6 million. This contribution comprises USD 3 million in cash support, plus USD 3 million in-kind, consisting of providing the necessary equipment and machinery to various state agencies to support their operations across all affected sectors of the country.
