Al-Jalahim emphasized in his speech at the ceremony, organized by the Public Authority for Youth and Sports, that this recognition conveys a message of appreciation and pride for every athlete who has exerted effort and achieved honorable accomplishments for the nation. The ceremony honored 771 athletes from 39 sports entities. The Minister affirmed that the Public Authority for Youth and Sports, in collaboration with relevant authorities, is committed to providing a suitable environment for cultivating champions and developing the sports system according to a comprehensive vision based on supporting talents and elevating institutional performance, thereby contributing to achieving further successes and raising the flag of the State of Kuwait in various competitions.
He highly appreciated the patronage and attendance of the Prime Minister, considering it a significant motivation for athletes and an indicator of the status accorded to the sports sector in the national development process.
