Al-Mashaan also issued a decision to appoint Ahmed Al-Azmi as Director of the Road and Network Maintenance Administration in Al-Ahmadi Governorate, under the General Administration of Road and Network Maintenance Engineering Affairs within the Technical Affairs Sector, at his current financial grade. Similarly, Fawaz Al-Shamari was appointed as Director of the Road and Network Maintenance Administration in Al-Farwaniya Governorate, under the same administration and sector, at his current financial grade.

The decisions also included appointing Iman Al-Omar as Director of the Planning, Follow-up, and Infrastructure Operations Administration under the General Administration of Road and Network Maintenance Engineering Affairs within the Technical Affairs Sector, at her current financial grade; Mariam Mohammed as Director of the Project Implementation Administration under the General Administration of Construction and Major Projects Affairs within the Technical Affairs Sector, at her current financial grade; and Faisal Al-Astad as Director of the Design Administration under the General Administration of Construction and Major Projects Affairs within the Technical Affairs Sector, at his current financial grade.
