Ministry of Labour Launches Service to Cancel or Add a Representative

The Public Authority for Manpower has launched a new electronic service that allows employers to add a new representative or cancel a registered representative on a company’s file through the Ease for Companies portal, without the need to visit the Authority in person.
The Authority clarified that the process for adding a representative involves the authorized signatory logging into the Ease for Companies system, selecting the “Register Representative on File” service from the file services menu, which displays the details of all workers registered on the company’s file. The employer then selects the worker to be registered as a representative, verifies their information, and submits the request.
The Authority noted that the request is automatically approved by the system, and the worker is immediately registered as a representative on the file. The registration remains valid from the date of approval until the expiration of the worker’s work permit. After the request is approved, the representative can log in via the Huatey application, select the Wallet, and then tap “Authority Documents – Work ID.”
Regarding the service for canceling a representative, the Authority indicated that the procedure involves logging into the Ease for Companies portal, navigating from the homepage to file services, selecting “Cancel Registered Representative on File,” clicking “Next,” choosing the civil ID number of the representative to be canceled, and then clicking “Save.”
