Writers Association Approves Financial and Administrative Reports

Association members praised the efforts made by the board of directors, commending their voluntary work in serving Kuwait’s literary and cultural movement, and expressing gratitude to the board for its contributions during the cultural season.

For her part, Amirat al-Sir clarified that the association’s cultural season witnessed distinctive literary and cultural activity, encompassing numerous events, seminars, workshops, and programs that contributed to enriching Kuwait’s cultural landscape and enhancing literary engagement.

She affirmed that the board of directors is continuing to implement its vision aimed at strengthening cultural and literary activity by preparing a comprehensive cultural program that meets the aspirations of writers and intellectuals, thereby reinforcing the association’s role as one of Kuwait’s cultural institutions. She also commended the support provided by the Ministry of Social Affairs and its ongoing cooperation in ensuring the success of the association’s activities and events.
