Al-Mushaan appoints five general managers at the Ministry of Public Works

Minister of Public Works, Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, issued five appointment decisions to fill the positions of General Managers in the Ministry according to its new organizational structure. The first ministerial decision, No. 177 of 2026, appointed Lafi Al-Hajeri, Director of the Safety Department, to concurrently perform the duties of Director General of the Government Center for Testing, Quality Control and Research Affairs, under the Assistant Undersecretariat for Technical Affairs, until further notice.

Similarly, Ministerial Decision No. 181 of 2026 appointed Khaled Al-Asimi, Senior Civil Engineering Specialist, to concurrently perform the duties of Director General of Road Engineering Affairs, under the Assistant Undersecretariat for Technical Affairs, until further notice.

In the same context, the Minister issued Decision No. 178 of 2026, appointing Fawaz Al-Shammari, Director of the Roads and Networks Maintenance Department in Al-Farwaniya Governorate, to concurrently perform the duties of Director General of Road and Network Maintenance Engineering Affairs, under the Assistant Undersecretariat for Technical Affairs, until further notice.

Ministerial Decision No. 179 of 2026 appointed Manal Al-Dhibban, Head of the Infrastructure and Supplies Contracts Section, to concurrently perform the duties of Director General of Supervision and Audit Affairs, under the Assistant Undersecretariat for Technical Affairs, until further notice.

The Minister also issued Decision No. 182, appointing Duha Al-Dahi, Senior Civil Engineering Specialist, to concurrently perform the duties of Director General of Construction and Major Projects Affairs, under the Assistant Undersecretariat for Technical Affairs, until further notice.
