Ministry of Education: Practice for maintenance and operation of school surveillance cameras

The Ministry of Education announced the launch of a tender for the maintenance and operation of surveillance cameras and their accessories in schools, along with the provision of technical and engineering support, setting tomorrow as the final deadline for submissions.
The Ministry clarified that the preliminary meeting for the tender was held on the 20th of the current month, noting that the tender is non-divisible and requires the payment of a security deposit of 2,000 Kuwaiti dinars.
It stated that the tender covers the maintenance and operation of surveillance cameras and their accessories in schools affiliated with the Ministry, including the provision of technical and engineering support to carry out all works subject to the tender, in accordance with the general and special conditions, technical specifications, and the schedule of items, quantities, and prices during the specified period outlined in the tender documents, and generally in accordance with all provisions contained in the tender documents and the contract to be concluded based on them.
The Ministry specified that applicants for this tender must be companies or institutions specialized within Kuwait in executing all works subject to the tender, registered in the Commercial Register and the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the current year, and that the bidding companies must have prior experience in this field.
It further noted that the total contract duration is eight months, during which the contractor is committed to executing all works subject to the tender in accordance with the general and special conditions, technical specifications, and the schedule of items, quantities, and prices, as per the general and special conditions, provisions, and technical specifications included in the tender documents. Bids must be deposited in the designated box at the headquarters of the Supplies and Warehouses Administration.
