The Commercial Bank Organizes the 4th Edition of "Bal-Arabi Ahla"

In line with its commitment to the principles of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (ESG), Al-Sharika Al-Tijariya Al-Aqariya organized the fourth edition of the family cultural festival “Bal-Arabi Ahla 4” (Arabic is Better), under the theme “We Protect It with Love... Identity and the Arabic Language,” on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Symphony Mall. The event was organized by the educational project “Sagheerak Sfeerak” (Your Child is Your Ambassador).
This initiative underscores the company’s dedication to supporting the Arabic language and reinforcing national identity among the younger generation, fostering a love for the Arabic language and a sense of belonging through a comprehensive educational and recreational experience that combines knowledge, creativity, and family interaction in an enjoyable atmosphere, thereby embodying the message of this year’s theme: “We Protect It with Love... Identity and the Arabic Language.”
The festival witnessed widespread attendance and engagement from families and children. Visitors enjoyed a program rich in cultural, recreational, and interactive activities, including puppet shows, storytelling sessions, games and educational workshops, cultural competitions, and artistic and creative activities. Additionally, various participating entities and initiatives offered diverse experiences aimed at strengthening children’s connection to the Arabic language through modern and enjoyable methods, instilling a love for it from an early age.
Several educational, cultural, community, and recreational entities participated in the festival, including Al-Qaida Al-Noorania, Hamza Center for Creativity, the “I Read Arabic” initiative, the Afaneen initiative, Hazaya Library, Joud Charity Association, Aman Media Platform, the “Sagheerak Sfeerak” educational project, KAACH & BAACH, Mani Petits, Mu’jizat Al-Shifa, Fun Zone Park, Symphony Style Hotel and Complex, and Prolife. This participation was part of a community partnership aimed at raising awareness about the importance of the Arabic language, enhancing national identity, and strengthening children’s connection to their language through diverse educational, cultural, and recreational activities.
In this context, Abdulmajeed Ma’arfi, Managing Director of Al-Sharika Al-Tijariya Al-Aqariya, emphasized that organizing the fourth edition of the “Bal-Arabi Ahla” festival is a continuation of the company’s commitment to supporting community and cultural initiatives that contribute to promoting the Arabic language and reinforcing identity among new generations.
Ma’arfi added, “We believe that the Arabic language is not merely a means of communication, but an integral part of our identity, culture, and civilizational heritage. From this perspective, this year’s theme, ‘We Protect It with Love... Identity and the Arabic Language,’ reflects our mission to instill pride in our language and identity in children’s hearts through modern and interactive methods, aligning with the company’s direction in sustainability and corporate social responsibility.”
This edition of “Bal-Arabi Ahla” builds upon the successes achieved in previous editions, reaffirming Al-Sharika Al-Tijariya Al-Aqariya’s commitment to supporting cultural and educational initiatives and contributing to the realization of the “New Kuwait 2035” vision by strengthening national identity and consolidating the status of the Arabic language among the younger generation.
