Saudi-US talks to develop military cooperation

Saudi Air Defense Forces Commander Lt. Gen. Mishaan Al-Amr met in Riyadh on Sunday with U.S. Central Command Deputy Commander Lt. Gen. Patrick Frank to discuss military cooperation between Riyadh and Washington.
The Saudi Ministry of Defense said in a statement on its official website on Sunday that the commander of the Saudi Air Defense Forces and the deputy commander of U.S. Central Command discussed ways to develop joint cooperation and coordination.
Last Wednesday, the Saudi Ministry of Defense announced that Saudi Chief of Staff Gen. Fayez Al-Ruwaili met with U.S. Central Command Deputy Commander Lt. Gen. Patrick Frank, during which they “discussed ways to develop cooperation in military fields to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries.”
