Foreign Minister Holds Phone Discussion with His Jordanian Counterpart on Latest Regional Developments

Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received a phone call on Sunday from Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreigners’ Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the call involved condemnation of Iran’s reprehensible attacks that recently targeted both Kuwait and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Both sides affirmed their full right to take all necessary measures to safeguard their sovereignty and preserve their security and stability.
They also discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly the current escalation and its repercussions, as well as efforts to promote diplomatic solutions that contribute to maintaining regional security and stability.
