Deputy Minister of Health Inspects Victims of the Blameworthy Iranian Attack

Deputy Minister of Health Sheikh Dr. Salman Khalifa Al-Sabah conducted an inspection visit today, Friday, to check on the condition of several victims of the reprehensible Iranian aggression who are receiving medical care, assess the level of health services provided to them, and review their treatment plans.

The Ministry of Health stated in a press release that Sheikh Salman Al-Sabah reviewed the health status of the injured during the visit and listened to briefings from the treating medical teams regarding the therapeutic measures taken since their arrival at the hospital.

He added that medical teams in the emergency, surgery, orthopedics, and intensive care units began handling the cases immediately upon their arrival, in accordance with approved emergency plans and with a high degree of readiness and efficiency. Several of the injured underwent specialized surgical interventions, while the remaining cases continue to be monitored according to their medical needs and treatment plans.

He praised the high level of competence and professionalism demonstrated by the medical, nursing, technical, and administrative staff, commending the swift response and coordination among various departments and specialties, which reflect the readiness of the health system and its ability to handle different emergency cases with efficiency and capability.

He emphasized that the Ministry of Health continues to monitor all cases and provide all necessary medical care, driven by its national and humanitarian responsibilities and its commitment to delivering health services according to the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
