Abdullah Al-Salem University Launches 'Marsal' System

Abdullah Al-Salem University, represented by its Informatics and Digitalization Sector, launched the advanced electronic internal correspondence system “Marsal,” powered by artificial intelligence, on campus in Al-Khalidiya today.
In a press statement, the university announced that the system, developed entirely by the university’s staff, aims to automate internal correspondence, expedite transaction processing, enhance governance and operational efficiency, and reduce reliance on paper-based transactions. It features services such as electronic signatures and stamps, QR code verification, and management of correspondence lifecycles and digital archiving.
The university added that the intelligent assistant contributes to drafting and formulating official memos, improving the quality of content and administrative responses. The launch of the system coincided with an orientation workshop explaining its operational mechanisms, as part of the university’s strategy to advance digital transformation and leverage artificial intelligence to develop administrative and academic operations.
