The Ministry of Commerce and Industry sponsors the award ceremony for top students at the Secondary School and the Religious School in Ahmadi Governorate

In line with its commitment to supporting community initiatives and enhancing its role in serving society, Kuwait Finance House sponsored the ceremony honoring outstanding students from the General Secondary and Religious Institute graduates for the 2025/2026 academic year across schools in Al Ahmadi Governorate, as part of its ongoing efforts to support educational events and encourage academic excellence.

The ceremony was attended by Al Ahmadi Governor Sheikh Hamoud Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, along with Mohammed Al-Wazan, Director General of Religious Education and Special Education, and Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Gharib, Director of Educational Affairs in the Al Ahmadi Educational Zone. A team from the Corporate Communications sector, representing the bank at the occasion, also attended, where outstanding students were celebrated in recognition of their efforts throughout the academic year.

During the event, the Governor of Al Ahmadi praised the role played by Kuwait Finance House in supporting educational initiatives and community partnerships, emphasizing that such collaborations contribute to motivating students to continue excelling and distinguishing themselves, and reinforce a culture that values academic achievement.

For her part, Amani Al-Wara’, Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Communications Sector at Kuwait Finance House, stated that the bank’s sponsorship of the ceremony reflects its continuous interest in supporting students and encouraging them to achieve further success. She noted that the bank’s support for educational events and its celebration of outstanding students represent one of the key pillars of the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility strategy.

Al-Wara’ added that this sponsorship is part of the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility program, which aims to support educational and community activities organized by Kuwait’s governorates, reflecting its commitment to contributing to the development of Kuwaiti society as a whole. She wished the students every success and prosperity in their university studies and future endeavors.
