US President Donald Trump said he would address the nation on Thursday via television, in an announcement that coincides with an escalation in hostilities with Iran.

A post by Trump on his Truth Social platform stated, “President Trump will address the nation on Thursday evening at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (1:00 AM Greenwich Time on Friday).”
