Al-Najat Schools Honor Top High School Graduates: Exemplary Models Serving Their Country
Al-Najat Schools held an awards ceremony to honor the top high school graduates of the 2025-2026 academic year, celebrating a group of outstanding students who achieved exceptional results, reaffirming the schools’ leading position in the journey of private education in Kuwait.
The ceremony, held under the patronage of Minister of Education Eng. Syed Jalal Al-Tabtabaee, was attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Affairs at the Ministry of Education, Eng. Hamad Al-Hamad; Acting Director General of the General Administration of Private Education, Mariam Al-Anazi; Sudan’s Ambassador to Kuwait, Awad Al-Karim Al-Rehaila; Syrian Consul, Mohammad Bassam Rahma; and a number of leaders from the Al-Najat Charity Association, Al-Najat Schools, and parents.
In his speech, Hamad Al-Hamad congratulated the students, their parents, and teachers on this distinguished achievement, emphasizing that excellence is the fruit of diligence and perseverance. He urged students to continue excelling so they may serve as inspiring models in serving their country, while also praising the pioneering role played by Al-Najat Schools in developing the educational process.
For his part, Dr. Rashid Al-Hamad, Chairman of the Education Board at Al-Najat Schools and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Najat Charity Association, expressed his pride and admiration for the outstanding results achieved by the students. He affirmed that these accomplishments represent an extension of a solid educational and pedagogical journey that produces generations capable of creativity and excellence.
Al-Hamad appreciated the significant support provided by the National Industries Group Waqf in developing the educational environment of Al-Najat Boys’ School in Hawalli. He also noted that since its establishment in 1968, Al-Najat Schools have graduated more than 280,000 students and contributed to preparing distinguished national cadres in various fields.
For his part, Feisal Al-Zamil, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Najat Charity Association, stated that the successes achieved are a blessing from God Almighty and the result of the synergy between the family, the student, the teacher, and the school administration. He pointed out that excellence is not achieved by an individual alone, but by an integrated system working with a team spirit.
Al-Zamil explained that Al-Najat Schools currently comprise 17 schools, employing 850 male and female teachers, with more than 13,000 students continuing their academic studies there. He highlighted that the schools’ vision focuses on exploring students’ abilities and developing their skills from the earliest educational stages, in line with global transformations that combine academic achievement with the development of personal and practical skills.
He announced that the slogan for Al-Najat Schools for the upcoming academic year will be “Dual Competencies and Skills,” based on an educational vision aimed at preparing a balanced personality that possesses both knowledge and skills, and is capable of assuming responsibility and competing in the future.
For his part, Dr. Salman Al-Lafi, Director of Al-Najat Schools, outlined the key achievements the schools attained during the 2025-2026 academic year. He affirmed that the academic results reflected the quality of the educational system, noting that 11 students achieved a 100% score and ranked first in Kuwait, while 170 students scored between 99% and 99.99%, and 79 students scored between 98% and 98.99%.
Al-Lafi pointed out that Al-Najat Schools have been officially designated as a center for Cambridge Professional Development programs for teachers. Additionally, four of its educational staff members obtained international accreditation as professional development leaders. He also mentioned the launch of the professional teaching license according to international standards, which contributes to enhancing the quality of education and improving pedagogical performance.
