"The Supreme Council for the Judiciary": "Discrimination" Court Disposed of 17,434 Appeals During the 2025/2026 Judicial Year

The Supreme Council of the Judiciary stated that the Court of Cassation adjudicated 17,434 appeals during the 2025/2026 judicial year, representing a 17.7 percent increase compared to the 2024/2025 judicial year, while maintaining the quality of judicial reasoning in line with the trajectory of Kuwait’s justice system.

In a press statement issued on Saturday, the Council noted that the number of appeals adjudicated during the 2024/2025 judicial year was 14,816, according to statistics released by the Court of Cassation.
