Emir of Qatar and Prime Minister of Pakistan: Continue coordination to support regional security

The Diwan Amiri in Qatar stated that the call included a review of the cooperative relations between the two countries and prospects for enhancing them, alongside discussions of other regional and international developments and efforts to support security and peace in the region.

Both sides reviewed current developments in the region, particularly those related to diplomatic efforts and talks between the United States and Iran, and emphasized the necessity of continuing endeavors aimed at de-escalating tensions and resolving differences through peaceful means.

Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining coordination and cooperation to bolster regional security, safeguard the safety of navigation and sea lanes, and contribute to creating conditions for achieving lasting and sustainable peace in the region.
