Article One of the decree, published in the official gazette (Kuwait Today), states: The appointment of Saleh Sulaiman Hamad Al-Mulla as Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, at the highest grade, is renewed for a period of four years, effective from December 18, 2026.
Article Two of the decree states: The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Council of Ministers Affairs shall execute this decree and publish it in the official gazette.
