Accelerating the Launch and Implementation of Services in Housing Projects and Adherence to Timelines

The regular meeting of the Coordination Committee for Monitoring the Provision of Services Related to Housing Projects was held at the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, attended by Minister of Public Works Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Eng. Abdul Latif Al-Mutairi, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Dr. Subaih Al-Makhzoum, and Minister of State for Development and Sustainability Dr. Reem Al-Faleh.

The meeting reviewed the committee’s activities since its establishment on February 17, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Public Authority for Housing Welfare. It also presented the status of providing and operating services related to ongoing and future residential cities and suburbs, and followed up on developments across various projects.

The ministers directed the executive bodies of the relevant government entities to intensify coordination among themselves, adhere to the specified timelines for providing services in housing projects, and accelerate work progress while removing any obstacles hindering implementation at sites, ensuring that services are completed according to approved schedules.

The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, Eng. Rashid Al-Anazi, the Deputy Minister of Electricity and Water Dr. Adel Al-Zamil, the Director General of the Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fisheries, Faisal Al-Masbahi, and the relevant teams involved in bidding for and implementing related projects.
