Applied Science University Opens Advanced Educational Labs at the College of Education with Zain Support

The College of Basic Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) inaugurated a number of advanced educational laboratories, supported by Zain Company and in collaboration with Huawei, in the presence of PAAET Director General Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam. This step aims to develop the educational environment and enhance the use of modern technology in the academic process.

During the inauguration ceremony, Dean of the College of Basic Education Dr. Mubarak Al-Darwa emphasized the importance of partnering with the private sector to support educational institutions and develop their capabilities. He expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Zain for its contribution in equipping the laboratories, which helps provide an advanced educational environment that keeps pace with technological developments and meets students’ needs.

For his part, Zain CEO Nawaf Al-Gharbali expressed his pleasure at contributing to supporting the educational process, reaffirming the company’s commitment to continuing its support for educational institutions and initiatives aimed at developing the academic environment and enabling students to benefit from the latest technologies and educational resources.

At the end of the ceremony, PAAET Director General Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam presented a commemorative plaque to Zain CEO Nawaf Al-Gharbali, in recognition of the company’s contribution to supporting the college. The plaque was crafted by PAAET students, reflecting the role of community partnership in serving the educational journey.

The inauguration of the laboratories aligns with PAAET’s strategy to strengthen cooperation with private sector institutions and leverage their expertise and resources to develop educational and technical facilities, thereby enhancing the quality of the educational process and its outcomes.
