Ministry of Education Publishes Appeal Results for Supervisory Job Interviews on Its Website

Alaa Khalifa: An educational source told Al-Anbaa that the Ministry of Education made available yesterday the results of appeals submitted regarding interviews for educational supervisory positions via its website, urging applicants who had previously filed appeals to log on to the site and check the status of their requests.

The source clarified that releasing the results completes the measures taken by the ministry concerning appeals related to interviews for supervisory positions, after it opened an electronic appeals channel last June to all categories, which included: school principal, assistant principal, department head, and technical supervisor, for all stages and specializations.

He noted that the ministry continues to finalize the supervisory positions file in accordance with established procedures and regulations, pointing out that the file has witnessed several developments in recent periods, including the review of results for some tests and the adoption of corrective decisions to ensure fairness and equal opportunity among applicants.

Last October, the Ministry of Education announced the cancellation and re-administration of the results of the fourth-stage tests for supervisory positions for all applicants, following the conclusion of an independent investigation committee’s review of complaints and observations received regarding the tests. The investigation revealed the illegal circulation of test questions, which undermined equal opportunity and fair competition.

The ministry later announced that the fourth-stage tests would be re-administered on the 3rd and 4th of this month, as part of the corrective measures related to this file.

The source emphasized that the announcement of the interview appeal results represents a new step in processing applicants’ requests, stressing the importance of appellants checking the outcomes of their requests through the ministry’s electronic system.
