Reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Central Tenders Bureau

The Official Gazette “Kuwait Today” published Decree No. 172 of 2026 concerning the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Central Tenders Committee, with its articles stipulating the following:

Article One: The Board of Directors of the Central Tenders Committee is reconstituted for the remainder of the term of the board formed by Decree No. 81 of 2024, as follows:

1. Essam Dawood Ahmed Al-Marzouq, Chairman

2. Haifa Fahd Hamoud Al-Jarallah, Vice Chairman

3. Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Diab, Member

4. Muasid Mahous Sulaiman Al-Saeed, Member

5. Mishaari Jasim Mubarak Al-Mubarak, Member

6. Ahmed Ali Ahmed Qasim, Member

7. Taiba Yousuf Mubarak Al-Qabandi, Member

Article Two: The Minister of Finance shall implement this decree, which shall take effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
