Kearney Appoints Bader Al-Kharait Partner and Managing Director for Kuwait Operations

Kearney, the global management and strategy consulting firm, announced the appointment of Dr. Badr Al-Kharabishi as a Partner and Managing Director for its operations in Kuwait, making him the first Kuwaiti to hold this position at the firm. Dr. Al-Kharabishi will lead Kearney’s strategy and business growth in Kuwait, including strengthening client relationships, executing projects, and developing local talent.

Dr. Al-Kharabishi brings extensive experience in strategic consulting, investments, and public policy, having advised government entities, investors, and companies in Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries on capital allocation, corporate performance, and strategic transformation.

Dr. Badr Al-Kharabishi holds a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Health Care Administration from Yale University, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Ras Al Khaimah University of Medical and Health Sciences.
