In line with its social responsibility and commitment to enhancing health awareness in the community, Boulevard Al Salima Park and Complex organized, and supported, a series of breast cancer awareness activities and initiatives throughout October, blending sports and art to highlight the importance of early detection and to foster a culture of health consciousness.
Throughout October, Boulevard illuminated its facades in pink and placed pink ribbon sculptures at its entrances, embodying the message of the awareness month and drawing visitors’ attention to the importance of regular check-ups and early detection of breast cancer.
As part of these initiatives, Boulevard sponsored the “Asnan Tower” breast cancer awareness marathon, held along the promenade of Boulevard Park, with participation from Asnan Tower employees and the marketing team of the Boulevard Complex. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of early breast cancer detection, encourage physical activity, and promote healthy lifestyles, in an atmosphere that reflected the spirit of cooperation and community engagement.
Boulevard also organized the “Paint with Hope” workshop, which brought participants together for an artistic experience of painting on mirrors, using colors to convey meanings of hope and optimism.
Speaking on the initiative, Zain al-Abidin Ma’arfi, General Manager of Al Salima Group for Project Development, said: “At Boulevard, we strive to leave a community footprint through activities that combine awareness and interaction, enabling our visitors to participate in meaningful experiences.”
