The Al-Jahra Governorate Security Directorate carried out a field security operation in the Al-Naseem, Al-Qasr, and Al-Waha areas, in cooperation with the Negative Phenomena Committee, which includes the Kuwait Municipality, the Ministry of Electricity and Water and Renewable Energy, and the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, to monitor violations, apprehend violators, and take the necessary legal action against them.
The operation yielded the following results:
- Arrest of five individuals for violating residency laws by conducting commercial activities within a private residence, and apprehension of one wanted person pending trial for absence.
- Issuance of three reports for food safety violations, four reports for municipal violations, and two reports for violations falling under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Electricity.
- Closure of three grocery stores located in a private residence and two bachelor accommodations.
