In Video.. Indian Caught Among Musharif Trees Exposes 'Chem' Distribution via 'Burial' and 'Locations'

Kuwaiti officials in the Hawalli Governorate’s security directorate apprehended an Indian national in the Mushref area after spotting him among trees, seizing quantities of the narcotic “shabu” in his possession. Subsequent investigations revealed that he relied on a method of burying drugs and sending their locations via mobile phone to individuals seeking to obtain them.

The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that an exploratory patrol was carrying out its duties in the Mushref area when security personnel spotted a man among the trees. Upon approaching him, the individual threw a transparent bag, which was found to contain the narcotic “shabu.”

The ministry added that the suspect was detained and searched as a precaution, during which nine additional bags containing the same narcotic were found in his possession. During interrogation, he admitted to possessing another quantity at his residence in the Jabriya area, and disclosed that he delivered drugs to buyers by burying them and then sending their locations via phone so they could retrieve them.

Security forces moved to seize the remaining stash, bringing the total number of seized bags containing “shabu” to 52. The suspect and the confiscated drugs were referred to the Public Prosecution to take the necessary legal actions against him.
